SERIES
Designed
primarily for residential and medium duty commercial use.
It is ideal for private lake homes, camps, resorts and marinas
on inland lakes. 3'-5" wide by 6' or 8' lengths are standard
sizes. 4' wide or larger models are also available.
Construction:
One piece welded construction using 1 x 2 structural steel
tubing with a center support parallel to the frame. The height
adjustment collars are 8" pipe with two locking 1/2" set screws.
Welded to the main frame, each collar has two welded gussets
to insure the stability of the frame. Each frame is hot-dip
galvanized after fabrication.
AQUA-LITE
SERIES
Designed
for residential use. Our Aqua-Lite Series is the best value
of light weight piers on the market today. Standard sizes
available are 3' x 6' and 2' x 6' sections.
Construction:
Derived from our H.D. Series, but weighing less than 25
lbs., you get comparable strength and stability. We have added
a unique hinge system, which makes it easy for one person
to install and remove sections. Height adjustments are made
above water.
STANDARD
DECKING, LEGS AND BASES
DECKING
Available in wood or recycled plastic, all exposed edges
are rounded to prevent sharp corners and splintering. Plastic
decking will not warp, splinter, crack or peel and comes in
a variety of colors. Deck sections are designed to drop into
a frame without the need of clips or hardware, providing easy
removal.
LEGS
AND BASES
All standing piers have 1-1/2" galvanized steel pipe legs
for strength and stability. The height adjustment collar that
the leg slides through is welded inside the frame to protect
your watercraft. Our 7" galvanized bases feature open bottoms
to allow legs to "Spike" beyond the base into the lake bottom
for added stability. Mud bases and screw-type augers are also
available. Cross bracing is available for deep water application.
